The SWI Finance asks German tax advisors only a limited number of questions on behalf of Handelsblatt to determine the best among them. However, some of these questions are quite demanding. In 2024, around 4,000 of Germany’s nearly 14,000 tax advisory firms took part in the assessment. Participants have just 90 seconds per multiple-choice question to submit their answers — and even without the technical challenge, watching the seconds tick down can raise the pressure.
For tyskrevision, 2024 marked the fourth consecutive year of receiving this coveted distinction. That, of course, called for a celebration — at the firm’s barbecue grill and in true northern German weather.
