Google DoubleClick
Type and scope of the processing
We have integrated components of DoubleClick by Google into our website. DoubleClick is a brand of Google under which, in particular, special online marketing solutions are marketed to advertising agencies and publishers. DoubleClick by Google transmits data to the DoubleClick server with every impression as well as with clicks or other activities.
Each of these data transmissions triggers a cookie request to the browser of the data subject. If the browser accepts this request, DoubleClick places a cookie in your browser.
DoubleClick uses a cookie ID that is required for carrying out the technical process. The cookie ID is required, for example, to display an advertisement in a browser. DoubleClick can also use the cookie ID to record which advertisements have already been displayed in a browser in order to avoid duplicate displays. Furthermore, the cookie ID enables DoubleClick to record conversions. Conversions are recorded, for example, when a user has previously been shown a DoubleClick advertisement and subsequently makes a purchase on the advertiser’s website using the same internet browser.
A DoubleClick cookie does not contain any personal data but may contain additional campaign identifiers. A campaign identifier is used to identify the campaigns with which you have already interacted on other websites. Within the scope of this service, Google obtains knowledge of data which Google also uses to prepare commission statements. Among other things, Google can determine that you have clicked on certain links on our website. In this case, your data is transferred to the operator of DoubleClick, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Further information and the applicable privacy policy of DoubleClick by Google can be accessed at https://policies.google.com/privacy
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data with the help of the DoubleClick cookie for the purpose of optimising and displaying advertising on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and Section 25 (1) TTDSG. Among other things, the cookie is used to place and display user-relevant advertising and to create or improve reports on advertising campaigns. Furthermore, the cookie serves to avoid multiple displays of the same advertisement. Each time you access an individual page of our website on which a DoubleClick component has been integrated, your browser is automatically prompted by the respective DoubleClick component to transmit data to Google for the purposes of online advertising and commission billing. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your data. If you do not give us your consent, it is possible to visit our website without restriction; however, not all functions may be fully available.
We intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular the United States. In cases where no adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (e.g. in the United States), we have agreed with the recipients of the data on other appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Unless otherwise stated, these are the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021. This includes, for example, information such as your name, age, address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, IP address or user behaviour when visiting a website. Information that cannot be linked to you personally by us (or only with disproportionate effort), for example through anonymisation, is not personal data. The processing of personal data (e.g. collection, retrieval, use, storage or transmission) always requires a legal basis and a defined purpose.
Stored personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled and there are no legitimate reasons for further retention of the data. We inform you about the specific storage periods or criteria for storage in the individual processing operations. Regardless of this, we store your personal data in individual cases for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and where statutory retention obligations exist.
Who receives my data?
We only disclose your personal data that we process on our website to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes and is covered in the individual case by the legal basis (e.g. consent or the protection of legitimate interests). Furthermore, in individual cases we disclose personal data to third parties if this serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. Possible recipients may then include law enforcement authorities, lawyers, auditors, courts, etc.
Insofar as we use service providers for the operation of our website who process personal data on our behalf within the framework of data processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, these may be recipients of your personal data. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies or local storage (technically necessary cookies). Other cookies, on the other hand, enable us to carry out various analyses, allowing us, for example, to recognise the browser you use when you revisit our website and to transmit various pieces of information to us (non-essential cookies). With the help of cookies, we can, among other things, make our website more user-friendly and effective for you by tracking your use of our website and determining your preferred settings (e.g. country and language settings). If third parties process information via cookies, they collect the information directly through your browser. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device. They cannot execute programs or contain viruses.
We provide information about the respective services for which we use cookies in the individual processing operations. Detailed information on the cookies used can be found in the cookie settings or in the Consent Manager of this website.

Google DoubleClick
Type and scope of the processing
We have integrated components of DoubleClick by Google on our website. DoubleClick is a Google brand under which specialised online marketing solutions are primarily marketed to advertising agencies and publishers. DoubleClick by Google transmits data to the DoubleClick server with every impression as well as with clicks or other activities.
Each of these data transmissions triggers a cookie request to the browser of the data subject. If the browser accepts this request, DoubleClick places a cookie in your browser.
DoubleClick uses a cookie ID that is required for the technical process. The cookie ID is required, for example, to display an advertisement in a browser. DoubleClick can also use the cookie ID to determine which advertisements have already been displayed in a browser in order to avoid duplicate advertisements.
A campaign identifier serves to identify the campaigns with which you have already interacted on other websites. As part of this service, Google obtains knowledge of data that Google also uses to prepare commission statements. Among other things, Google can determine that you have clicked certain links on our website. In this case, your data is transferred to the operator of DoubleClick, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Further information and the applicable privacy policy of DoubleClick by Google can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy abgerufen werden.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data using the DoubleClick cookie for the purpose of optimising and displaying advertising on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and Section 25 (1) TTDSG. Among other things, the cookie is used to place and display user-relevant advertisements and to create or improve reports on advertising campaigns. Furthermore, the cookie serves to prevent the same advertisement from being displayed multiple times. Each time one of the individual pages of our website containing a DoubleClick component is accessed, your browser is automatically prompted by the respective DoubleClick component to transmit data to Google for the purposes of online advertising and commission accounting. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your data. If you do not give your consent, you may visit our website without restrictions; however, not all functions may be fully available.
We intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular the USA. In cases where no adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (e.g. in the USA), we have agreed on other appropriate safeguards with the recipients of the data within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Unless otherwise stated, these are the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission pursuant to Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021.
