Tax advisory is about far more than juggling numbers — the human element plays a crucial role. At tyskrevision, we invest our heart and soul in our employees, the people who take care of our clients’ needs every day. And it pays off: satisfied employees mean satisfied clients.
For the fourth consecutive year, we participated in a nationwide online survey conducted by the Steuerberaterverband Schleswig-Holstein. Employees from a wide range of departments — as well as firm owners — were surveyed on topics such as firm strategy, digitalization, employee retention, and professional development.
We once again achieved excellent results across all categories. The association particularly praised our friendly working atmosphere and our flexibility regarding working hours and home office arrangements.
These results confirm that we are on the right path. We will continue to do everything we can to ensure that our employees feel completely at home here.
