For the third consecutive year, tyskrevision participated in the nationwide online survey conducted by the Schleswig-Holstein Association of Tax Advisors . Employees from various departments as well as firm owners were surveyed. Topics included firm strategy, digitalization, employee retention, and personnel development.
In a nationwide comparison, tyskrevision achieved above-average results in every category. In particular, the Tax Advisors Association praised our collegial work environment and our flexible working time and home office options. We are especially proud of our low staff turnover rate.
These excellent results confirm that we are on the right path and motivate us to continue ensuring that our employees feel exceptionally well supported.
